Note: The permission "Can Add New Training Events" is needed to create a Personal training event.
Creating a Personal Event for Yourself
1. Log into ZenQMS and click on the Training Module.
2. Click on the dropdown labeled "My Training Dashboard" and select "Training: Events"
3. Click on "Add Personal Event". Create a Topic for the event, fill in the date of the event, and click "Create".
4. The Event Management/Review window will open and you will need fill in the required fields
5. You can upload any attachments by clicking on the "Upload More" link or link any existing item within ZenQMS by clicking on "Add Link".
6. Click "Launch Standard Workflow". An e-signature box will appear and you can immediately sign off on the approval of the event. In order to complete the workflow, you must have the Supervisor assigned to you within ZenQMS complete the final signature. Once they sign off, the event will become "Effective".
7. Once "Effective", the event will be visible in the Training Events Full Table and in your Dossier.
Creating a Personal Event for Another User
NOTE: Users will need the permission "Can Create Personal Events for Other Users" to create a personal event for another user.
1. Log into ZenQMS and click on the Training Module.
2. Click on the dropdown labeled "My Training Dashboard" and select "Training: Events"
3. Click on "Add Personal Event", create a Topic for the event, fill in the date of the event, and click "Create".
4. The Event Management/Review window will open. Fill in the required fields and select the user you are creating the event for from the "Trainee" drop-down.
5. You can upload any attachments by clicking on the "Upload More" link or link any existing item within ZenQMS by clicking on "Add Link".
6. Click "Launch Trainer Workflow". An e-signature box will appear and you can immediately sign off on the approval of the event and the event will become "Effective".
7. Once "Effective", the event will be visible in the Training Events Full Table and in the User's Dossier.
