Note: Users will need the permission "Can See Training Records for Whole Company" to access the My Company Dashboard.

The My Company Dashboard functions in a very similar manner to your main dashboard, but provides additional features that are not available within your own dashboard.

The pie chart on the My Company Dashboard allows you to view the training profiles (including all non-compliant and compliant training records) by item across all of your company's users in one table.

Navigating to the My Company Dashboard

From the Main Dashboard, select My Company Dashboard from the dropdown:

To view compliant training records for the whole company, click the green section of the pie chart. Similarly, to view at-risk training items for the whole company click on the yellow section of the pie chart. To view all past-due training items for the whole company, click on the red section of the pie chart:

Note: If a user has any "at-risk" or "coming due" training assignments, they will NOT show up at all in the green section of the My Company Dashboard training pie chart. It will ONLY show their yellow, at-risk items in the yellow section. If users have any past-due training assignments, ONLY their past-due assignments will show in the the red section, and they will not appear in the yellow or green sections of the training pie chart. They will always show up in the center percentage.

If you would like to view training item information for all of your company's users, click the percentage circle in the middle of the training pie chart:

To view all completed training records for the whole company click show completed training records after selecting the percentage circle in the middle of the training pie chart:

All company training records can be exported by clicking the "" icon:
