Activate, Invite, Disable Users & Reset Password

All four of these actions can be performed in the Users tab under Member Account.  Below will take you through the steps to complete each one.

To get to Users:

1. Log into the ZenQMS

2. Click on your name in the upper righthand corner and choose Administration from the dropdown 

3. Click Member Account on the lefthand side

4. Click on Users

ACTIVATE

1. Search for the user you would like to Activate by typing their name in the text box under "Name", you can also search for them via their email address.  Click the checkbox to the left of their name

2. Click on  Screen_Shot_2018-06-14_at_12.24.26_PM.png, a modal box will appear to confirm the activation and the user will get an email letting them know that they have been activated

 

INVITE

1. Search for the user(s) you would like to Invite by typing their name in the text box under "Name", you can also search for them via their email address.  Click the checkbox to the left of their name, you can check multiple users.

2. Click on Screen_Shot_2018-06-14_at_1.20.25_PM.png. A text box will pop up that allows you to create a message that will be included in the email invite that they will get as soon as you click Send Invite

 

DISABLE

1. Search for the user(s) you would like to Disable by typing their name in the text box under "Name", you can also search for them via their email address.  Click the checkbox to the left of their name, you can check multiple users.

2. Click the Screen_Shot_2018-06-14_at_1.20.59_PM.png. You will get a modal box confirming that you have disabled that user(s)

 

RESET PASSWORD

1. Search for the user you would like to Reset their Password by typing their name in the text box under "Name", you can also search for them via their email address.  Click the checkbox to the left of their name.

2. Click on the Screen_Shot_2018-06-14_at_1.23.24_PM.png. You will get a modal box confirming that you have reset their password that the user has been sent an email with a temporary password link and instructions
