Adding a Training Event
- Click the Training dashboard icon
- In the dropdown-- select Training: Events
- In the new tab, click to "Add Group Event" button
- Follow the directions here to add a topic and date of the event.
- Then fill in details in the form. What was the event, any supporting information, possibly a certificate or the presentation should be uploaded as attachments?
- When you are done, in workflows section click the Launch Approval Workflow button
- Once the item is approved, you can invite all the participants by clicking the Manage Invited Users/Groups
- All invited people will receive a signature request to verify that they attended the event and it will be logged to their dossier.
