If you would like to remove this broad access in favor of the new more granular permissions, this can be done by:

  1. Navigating to the Settings section of the application
  2. Clicking on Configuration -> Document Categories
  3. Choosing a Document Category to Edit
  4. Click on the Roles/Permissions Tab
  5. Remove any Roles/Users you wish to unassign.
