Disclaimer: Assignments are to be completed in the sandbox only. The assignments below are related to the lessons outlined in Super User Training: Lesson #1. Please refer back to the lesson if help is needed when completing the assignments. 

 

Main Dashboard Assignments

1. Navigate to the Main Dashboard. From here, select the "My Company Dashboard" view. 

 

2. Take a screenshot of this dashboard view and send the screenshot to training@zenqms.com

 

 

The Resource Center Assignments

1. Navigate to the Resource Center. Click on "Product Updates".

 

2. Click on the "Documentation Release Notes".

 

3. Click on the most recent release article which will be the top link on the list of release information.

 

4. Send a screenshot of the article to training@zenqms.com.

 

5. Navigate back to the Resource Center. Click on "Knowledge Base". 

 

6. Search for the article "How To Complete a Training From the Dashboard".

 

7. Take a screenshot of the article.

 

8. Navigate to the Resource Center. Click on "Support".

 

9. Click "Submit a Ticket". In the subject line of the ticket, type "Super User Training" and attach the screenshot of the training article from the previous step. 

 

 

User Assignments

1. Create a single user in the sandbox. For the email address, use [First Name, Last Name]+training@zenqms.com.        (example: JohnDoe+training@zenqms.com)

 

2. For the user first name, enter "Lesson #1". For the user last name, enter your first and last name. When completed the user name should read as "Lesson #1 John Doe". 

 

3. Disable this user.

 

4. Reactivate this user.

 

 

Custom Fields Assignments

1. Navigate to Settings - Custom Fields. Click "Create".

 

2. Fill in the information for your custom field. This custom field can be any type you wish.

 

3. Once the custom field is saved, you will add it to the users table. 

 

4. Navigate to the users table and click "Manage Custom Fields".

 

5. Choose the custom field that you have created from the dropdown.

 

6. When successful, the custom field will now be listed under the header "Already Selected Account Custom Fields".

 

7. Add this custom field to the user table view by clicking the book icon. Select this custom field.

 

8. When successful, the column for this custom field will be listed on the table.

 

 

Role Assignments

1. Navigate to Settings - Roles/Permissions.

 

2. Click on "Create".

 

3. Create a role with the title "TRAINING Lesson #1: Last Name". 

 

4. Add the Training user that you have created to this role.

 

5. Add your primary user to this role.

 

6. Add all available permissions to this role.
