Training

KPIs available

Total Items Due in Period

Depending on the filters applied, this will show the COUNT of training items/assignments due. This is all training assignments (all rows in the training table) that have a Due Date that matches the date and other filter settings.

Total Items Completed in Period

The count of completed training items/assignments within the defined filter.

Total Trainees in the Period

The count of trainees per their items/assignments within the defined filter.

Median Days Complete Before/After Due Date

Each training item row in the view which has been completed by the trainee will include a calculation for training efficiency which tracks the date a training was completed relative to the date it was due. Positive numbers mean the user is completing training ahead of the due date.

This KPI is the median of all such calculations for all rows returned in the view.

Depending on the filter applied, this will show the median and all rows of the # of days it took to complete from the due date to the completion date

Widgets available

Trainings Due By Month

The count of training items/assignments due for all trainings that have a due date within the defined filter over a month. 

Clicking into any of the bars will drill down to a table with additional details that can be exported corresponding to the training items that were due in the selected bars month/year. 

Training Completion Trend

The count of all training COMPLETED in a period broken into the count of all training completed late vs. on time in the defined filter.

Top Non-Compliant User Counts by Training Item

The count of training items/assignments that have the most non-compliant users within the defined filter. Displayed in a stacked color-coded horizontal bar chart (Non-Compliant (Red), At Risk (Yellow), Compliant(Green))

Training Types by Status

The count of training items/assignments by type within the defined filter. (Non-Compliant (Red), At Risk (Yellow), Compliant(Green))

Clicking into any of the bars will drill down to a table with additional details that can be exported corresponding to the users assigned to the training items and their compliance status in the selected bars training item.

Top Users with Non-Compliant Trainings

The count of top trainees based on having the highest number of non-compliant training records within the defined filter in a stacked color-coded horizontal bar chart (Non-Compliant (Red), At Risk (Yellow), Compliant(Green))

Clicking into any of the bars will drill down to a table with additional details that can be exported corresponding to the training item and compliance status in the selected bars training item type.

Training Details

Depending on the filters applied, this will show the details of all training items raw data.

Documents

KPIs available

Documents Versions Created

Depending on the filter applied, this will show the total number of document versions, including archived versions created in the date range and match other specs.

Documents Versions Approved

Depending on the filter applied, this will show the total number of documents with the approval date in the filter range.

Documents Versions Retired

Depending on the filter applied, this will show the total number of documents that were retired.

Past Due Periodic Review

The count of documents that have gone past the periodic review date within the defined filter. This is any doc that matches criteria AND had a periodic review in the date range above that is either late now or was completed late.

Document Throughput

Depending on the filter applied, this will show the median time newly created documents took to go from draft to approval

Widgets available

All-Time Document by Lifecycle State (As of Today)

The count of documents in their current state as of the day you are reviewing regardless of the date filter applied.

Clicking into any of the bars will drill down to a table with additional details that can be exported corresponding to the documents and state in the selected bar.

Throughput New Documents by Category

The amount of time it takes all documents in a category to go from draft to approval within the defined filters where the line indicates the median days of draft to approval.

Date range filter applies to creation date, so if you set that to ALL you see the life cycle state for all your docs. 

Clicking into any of the bars will drill down to a table with additional details that can be exported corresponding to the documents in the selected bars category.

Document Throughput by Period

The amount of time it takes all documents to go from draft to approval based on the month the draft was created within the defined filter where the line indicates the median days of draft to approval.

Periodic Review Aging

The count of periodic reviews that were due in a month and the review status within the defined filter. Review statuses are as follows: Not Due Yet, Past Due, Reviewed Late, Reviewed On-Time.

Document Details

Depending on the filters applied, this will show the details of all documents raw data

Audits

KPIs available

Total Audits

The count of total audits that fit the filters defined filters

On Time Completion %

The % of completed audits where the state is published, pending auditee receipt, pending auditee response or closed that were completed before Target Audit Date.

Current Past Due Audits

The count of audits that are less than or equal to the state of Published Final Report and have gone past target audit date. This will include unassigned audits as well.

Audits with Target Date

The count of audits with a target date in the defined filters and if they are past due or still open.

Ad Hoc/One-Time Audits

KPIs available

Created Issues

The count of issues created within the defined filter.

Active Issues

The count of issues that are currently active and not in the final stage within the defined filter.

Stage 1 Issues

The count of issues created in the date range and still in 1st stage.

Completed Issues

The count of issues that have been completed within the defined filters, regardless of when they were created.

Median Days to Completion

The median number of days it takes to complete an issue from the date it was created to completion in the final stage per issue, for issues completed in the defined filters.

Top Issue Categories

The top categories by the overall number of issues created in said categories within the defined filters. States = Active (On Time) vs Active (Late) vs Completed (On Time) vs Completed (Late) in a stacked color-coded horizontal bar chart.

Time to Final Stage by Category Version

The median number of days it takes issues in the filtered view to complete per category.

Stage 1 Issues

Depending on the filter applied, this will show the number of issues in stage 1 and the “bucket” of # of days in stage 1.

Green = Issue was created in last 10 days

Yellow = Issue was created 10-29 days ago

Red = Issue was created 30+ days ago

Current Past Due Issues by Category

The count of current issues where Project Due Date or Stage Due Date is less than or equal to today’s date by category and due date. This is a historic look at issues at month end showing the number of items that appeared past due. Items might repeat in multiple months.

Created Issues Trend

Depending on the filter applied, this will show the number of issues in a stacked bar chart by month showing the # of issues in the created month stacked by completion date with a line indicating completion time in days for issues of that vintage

Past Due Issues by Month

Change Control

KPIs Available

Created Change Controls

The count of change controls created within the defined filters.

Active Change Controls

The count of change controls that are currently active and not in the final stage within the defined filter.

Stage 1 Change Controls

The count of change controls in the first stage within the defined filter.

Completed Change Controls

The count of change controls that have been completed within the defined filters, regardless of when they were created.

Median Days to Completion

The median number of days it takes to complete an change control from the date it was created to completion in the final stage per change control in the defined filters.

The top categories by the overall number of change controls created in said categories within the defined filters. States = Active (On Time) vs Active (Late) vs Completed (On Time) vs Completed (Late) in a stacked color-coded horizontal bar chart

Created Tasks

The count of tasks created within the defined filters.

Active Tasks

The count of tasks that are currently active regardless of the date range within the defined filters.

Past Due Tasks

The count of tasks that went past the due date regardless of the date range in the defined filters.

Any task where task due dates <=today’s date

Completed Tasks

The count of tasks that have been completed within the defined filters, regardless of when they were created.

Median Days to Completion

The median number of days it takes to complete a task from the task activation date to either complete or not implemented within the defined filters.

Widgets Available

Top Task Categories

The top categories by the overall number of tasks created in said categories for both issues and change control within the defined filters. States = Draft, Active, Completed and Not Implemented in a stacked color-coded horizontal bar chart in said categories for both issues and CC

Time to Task Completion

The median number of days it takes tasks to close by individual issue or change control and issue or change control category within the defined filters.

The count of tasks by month showing the # of tasks created that month vs completion date where the line indicates the average days to completion.

Helpful Hints:

 

Every widget on each dashboard has a zoomable functionality to drill down further into the graphs. Simply, hold down the left button on your mouse and drag your cursor over the area you would like to zoom in on. Each of the widgets can be refreshed to the default view by clicking the refresh (reset zoom) icon in the top left corner of the widget: 

 

Every KPI and Widget on each dashboard provides you with a tooltip, outlining the definition of said KPI or Widget. Hover over the KPI or widget and click the question mark icon in the top right corner:

 

You have the ability to export each dashboard to PDF using the ellipses in the top right corner of the dashboard you are viewing:

Every widget view on each dashboard allows the ability to export to XLSX or CSV by clicking the export icon in the top right corner of the widget:

 

The Date Range filter will default to the Last 4 quarter for all dashboards. You can adjust these filters as you see fit and use the refresh button to the right of the filters to reset the filters to their defaults:
