Accessing the ZenQMS Documents Full Table via the ZenQMS Auditor Share Account Overview

An auditor share account is a designated account used by auditors. Auditors often require access to certain documents held by ZenQMS. To facilitate this process and ensure confidentiality, an auditor share account is created for all clients who use the application.

This account is set up to provide auditors with secure access to relevant information while maintaining strict controls over who can view or modify the data. It helps in safeguarding sensitive data and ensures that auditors can carry out their examination of records on the documents full table effectively.

Accessing the Documents Full Table 

Log in to ZenQMS using the auditor share account credentials that is provided. Once logged in, click on the Documents Module icon shown below:

Select Documents: Full Table from the Document Module dropdown:

Once on the documents full table, you can access all documents that you have permission to view. To view a document, please click the document name or Key ID:

Document Full Table Features

1. Search: Searches all metadata within a document.
2. Table Views: Views that can be saved for easier navigation.
3. Settings: Saved table views can be shared here.
4. Export: Export table views.
5. Advanced Filter: Advanced filtering for document searches.
6. Add/Remove Columns: Add or remove columns from the table.
