If a draft of a document has been assigned to a user for review it will be listed under the “Signatures Needed” section of the Main Dashboard. The process is similar to approving a document.
- Click on the link in the top right section of the Main Dashboard, and the drilldown action table will show the corresponding list of items awaiting your review/signature.
- Click the icon to open the Draft Review window.
- In the Draft Review screen, click on the file name (hyperlink) to download the version that was sent to you.
- Make your edits to the downloaded document, save the file, and click the Upload Revision button. You can also enter comments for the Author. Press the green “Submit Review” button when finished.
