You have the option to mark a category and items under that category as containing Proprietary Information and/or Protected Health Information. This setting is configured in the general settings of the change control category.
If the setting is toggled on, all items that are created under that category will have a symbol at the top of the item to alert users that the item does or may contain PI/PHI information.
