Logging in for the FIRST TIME!

Wahoo! Congrats on getting invited to log in to ZenQMS for the first time. Here is what you need to know: 

  1. You will get an email invitation that looks like the one below. It has invitation link that will allow you to setup your account -- the link expires in 24 hours, so please do this as soon as possible.  If you miss the window, the on screen directions will redirect you to go through a process that will generate a new invitation for you.
  2. When you click the link, you will be asked to immediately set a password. Follow the onscreen instructions to do so and then click the big green button at the bottom
  3. The app will now ask you to set a security challenge question and answer that you can remember. It can be whatever you want. This is important since it will allow you to easily reset your account if you forget your password.  Enter the data and click the green SAVE button.  You don't need to set up 2-factor authentication-- at this point you are done.  
  4. Click the ZenQMS icon in top left corner to go to the DASHBOARD and poke around.
