Logging in for the FIRST TIME!

Wahoo! Congrats on getting invited to log in to ZenQMS for the first time. Here is what you need to know: 

  1. You will get an email invitation that looks like the one below. It has invitation link that will allow you to setup your account -- the link expires in 24 hours, so please make sure to log in as soon as possible. If this window is missed, the email contains instructions on how to resolve.
  2. When you click the link, you will be brought to the password page. You will be asked to setup a password that fits the stated requirements. Once this is complete, click on the green button to move forward.
  3. The app will ask you to setup a Security Challenge question and answer. You are able to choose your own question and answer. This step is important as it will allow you to easily reset your account if you forget your password.  Enter the data and click the green "Save" button.  You do not need to setup Two-Factor Authentication at this time. 
  4. Click the ZenQMS icon in top left corner to go to the Dashboard and poke around.
